John McGirr Fund, 3rd Annual Golf DayThe third annual golf day to raise funds for the John McGirr Fund will be held on the 27th May. This year the event is being held in Fintona Golf Club and since being launched in 2010 the event has gone from strength to strength.
At the launch of this year's event Peter Canavan, Eamonn McCaffrey and Joe McMahon were keen to sign up. Peter and Eamonn have taken part every year so far and rate as one of the best events in the calendar. "As well as a great day out you are contributing to a very worthy cause" said Peter. "The fund is already making a significant difference to the lives of those people suffering with prostate cancer through its fundraising initiatives. Oonagh and her team deserve great credit for all of their hard work and dedication to this cause" concluded Peter. Anyone wishing to take part in the Golf Day should register by calling Siobhan Quinn on 028 8224 2521 Get on your bike for the Bundoran to Sallys CycleIt is time to get "on your bike" again for the annual Bundoran to Sallys cycle.
